Due to the nature of research products and the risk of contamination, we cannot accept returns on opened products.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the tamper-evident seal intact.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If a vial is broken during transit, please take a photo immediately.
Send the photo and order number to support@peptidelab.com.
We will ship a replacement free of charge immediately.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@peptidelab.com with your Order ID.
Wait for approval and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack the items securely (ideally in original box).
Ship the package to the address provided in the email.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
